Abstract:
Práce se zabývá odměňováním zaměstnanců. V teoretické části je zaměřena na vysvětlení pojmů souvisejících s odměňováním a především se zaměřuje na to, jak jednotlivé formy odměňování ovlivňují motivaci zaměstnanců. The bachelor´s thesis deals with the remuneration of employees. The theoretical part focuses on the explanation of the terms relating to remuneration and mainly focuses on how individual forms of remuneration can affect employee motivation.
