Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na využití dřevní hmoty z lesních kalamit. Autor se zabývá myšlenkou zpracování a následného maximálního využití dřeva pro dřevostavby. Struktura práce vychází z porovnání ceny, za níž lze postavit typizovaný rodinný dům z klasického vytěženého dřeva, s cenou výstavby domu ze dřeva z lesních kalamit. Pro práci byl vybrán typizovaný rodinný dům firmy ELK a. s. řady Fortuna 135. Tato dřevostavba je přízemní a z náhledu autora velice vhodná pro začínající rodiny s malými dětmi. Dále pak u této stavby je maximální využití dřeva v samotné konstrukci domu. Závěrem práce chtěl autor dokázat nejen finanční úsporu na dané dřevostavbě s využitím kalamitního dřeva, ale i výši finančních prostředků, které mohly být využity při včasném zpracování dřeva. Jako příklad si vybral živelnou lesní kalamitu, jež vznikla následkem orkánu Kyrill v lednu roku 2007.

Abstract:

This baccalaureate dissertation concentrates on the use of the wood pulp coming from the forest calamities. The writer explores the idea of how to process and maximize the usage of this wood for the wooden structures. As a main point the writer compares the prices of the traditional single-family house when using the wood from regular logging industry and when using the wood from the forest calamities. As an example the author chose the single-family house type Fortuna 135 produced by the company called ELK a. s. This house with wooden frame structure is one floor only, and according to the writer, a great start up house for a new family with small children. Another advantage of this house is the great rate of the maximum usage of the wood used in its own construction. In conclusion the writer would like to highlight that not only there are great financial savings when using the wood from the forest calamities, but also the savings which could be used when this wood is processed in timely manner. As an example of the forest calamity the author used the forest disaster caused by the hurricane Kyrill in January 2007.
