Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou ocenění podniku. V práci autor seskupuje důležité informace potřebné pro správné sestavení ocenění podniku. Využívá možnosti posuzovat je z několika úhlů pohledu a hodnotí jejich vliv na výsledné ocenění. V teoretické části práce autor sumarizuje proces vytvoření ocenění firmy metodou volného cash flow. The thesis deals with the company evaluation. In this thesis the author compiles relevant and important information for preparing valuation of defined company. He uses the oportunity to study available books for this theme.
