Abstract:

Absolventská práce se zabývá úlohou personálního útvaru v procesu vzdělávání zaměstnanců. Teoretická část práce popisuje nejen úlohu personálního útvaru v proces vzdělávání, ale celkově i jednotlivé fáze vzdělávacího procesu, metody a formy vzdělávání, financování vzdělávání a další související pojmy. Praktická část pak popisuje proces vzdělávání ve firmě a úlohu personálního oddělení, dále analyzuje získaná data a navrhuje doporučení napříč celým vzděláváním ve firmě.

Abstract:

Graduate thesis deals with the role of the human resources in the process of education of employees. The theoretical part describes not only the role of the education process but education process itself and its phases, methods and forms of education, funding of education and other related concepts. The practical part describes the learning process within the company and the role of the HR department, then analyses the data and makes recommendations across education in the company.
