Abstract:

ŠAJNOVÁ, Martina. Komplexní ošetřovatelská péče o pacienta po operaci kolorektálního karcinomu. Vysoká škola zdravotnická, o.p.s. Stupeň kvalifikace: Bakalář (Bc.). Vedoucí práce: doc. PhDr. Anna Mazalánová, PhD. MPH. Praha 2020. 77 s. Bakalářská práce nese název komplexní ošetřovatelská péče o pacienta po operaci kolorektálního karcinomu. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena do dvou částí – teoretické a praktické. Teoretická část práce je zaměřena na charakteristiku daného onemocnění, která se skládá z obecné části, kde je nastíněna anatomie tlustého střeva a konečníku. Dále obsahuje seznámení s problematikou nádorů a jejich dělení. Obsahuje také popis problematiky kolorektálního karcinomu, jeho výskyt, příčiny, příznaky, diagnostiku, prevenci a léčbu. Do teoretické části je zahrnut screeningový program tohoto onemocnění, který je nepostradatelnou součástí pro prevenci a včasnou diagnostiku. Praktická část bakalářské práce obsahuje ošetřovatelský proces u pacientky po operaci kolorektálního karcinomu. Nejdříve je posouzen celkový stav pacientky, poté jsou sestaveny ošetřovatelské diagnózy, cíle a ošetřovatelské intervence, které byly následně realizovány a vyhodnoceny. Ke stanovení diagnóz je využita NANDA I Taxonomie II 2015-2017. V závěru praktické části jsou navržena doporučení pro praxi a shrnuto zhodnocení efektu poskytnuté péče.

Prague 2020. 77 pages The bachelor thesis is called Comprehensive nursing care of the patient after colorectal cancer surgery. The bachelor thesis is divided into two parts – a theoretical and a practical one. The theoretical part of the work is focused on characteristic of the given disease and consists a general part, where the anatomy of the large intestine and rectum is outlined. It also contains an outline of the problem of tumours and their division. Furthermore, it includes a description of the issue of colorectal cancer, its occurrence, causes, symptoms, diagnosis, prevention and treatment. The theoretical part focuses on a screening program of this disease, which is an indispensable part for prevention and early diagnosis. The practical part of the bachelor thesis includes the nursing process in the patient after anal cancer surgery. First the general condition of the female patient is assessed, then nursing diagnoses, objectives and nursing interventions are established, which were subsequently implemented and evaluated. NANDA I Taxonomy II 2015-2017 is used for the diagnosis. At the end of the practical part, recommendations for practice are proposed and an evaluation of the effect of the care provided is summarised.
