Abstract:
Předmětem mé bakalářské práce je tématika vnitropodnikové komunikace. Konkrétněji se práce zabývá interní komunikací napříč celým podnikem, nejen komunikační linií v úrovni zaměstnanec-zaměstnanec. Práce by měla vést k co nejpodrobnějšímu poznání dané problematiky a zhodnocení aktuálního stavu. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí, a to teoretické a analytické.
