The eviction of the tenant as a mode of cessation of the tenement relation to the apartment
Abstract:
Ve své rigorózní práci pojednávám o nejzásadnějším způsobu zániku nájemního vztahu k bytu, a to výpovědi pronajímatele. V důsledku novely občanského zákoníku provedené zákonem č. 107/2006 Sb. zaznamenala právní úprava daného institutu největší změny od listopadu 1989.
Abstract:
The topic of the present rigorous thesis is the eviction of the tenant as a mode of cessation of the tenement relation to the apartment. Legal regulation of this institute wrote down in consequence the amendment of the CC carried out by the Act n. 107/2006 Col. the most significant changes after November 1989.
