Judicial cooperation in civil matters
Abstract:
Právní pomoc ve styku s cizinou představuje mnoho instrumentů. Tato práce je zaměřena zejména na téma doručování soudních a mimosoudních písemností a provádění důkazů. Cílem práce je dokumentovat úpravu těchto institutů ve čtyřech samostatných kapitolách, které pokrývají českou úpravu, mezinárodní smlouvy, evropské právo procesní a dvoustranné smlouvy.
Abstract:
The notion of judicial cooperation in civil matters can count many instruments. The thesis is particularly focused on cross-border service of judicial and extrajudicial documents and transmission of evidence. The purpose of the thesis is to compare the provisions of the Czech law, the international treaties, the law of the European Union and bilateral treaties in four separate chapters.
