Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou žen s diagnózou HELLP syndromu. Teoretická část popisuje základní informace o etiopatogenezi, diagnostice, klinickém obrazu, komplikacích, způsobu vedení porodu, léčbě a úloze porodní asistentky v péči o ženy s HELLP syndromem. Abstract:
This thesis deals with the issue of women diagnosed with HELLP syndrome. The theoretical part describes the basic information about etiopathogenesis, diagnosis, clinical picture, complications, mode of delivery, and treatment of the role of midwives in the care of women with HELLP syndrome.
