Abstract:

Tématem této práce je seberozvoj managementu, který je v poslední době velmi aktuální. Samotné slovo management nic neznamená. Však sousloví „seberozvoj managementu“ je již samo o sobě odpovědí na věčnou otázku osudu lidstva a přitom je to pouhý nadpis. Za historickými milníky stojí vždy práce významných vůdců, protože k překonání lidských hranic musí být použito společné úsilí, které je koordinované nejúspěšnějšími vůdci. Na poli managementu se tím myslí vylepšení systému vedení ve firmě. Na poli leadershipu jde o charismatické vedení vizí jednotlivce. Práce se skládá ze tří hlavních kapitol. První kapitola se zaměřuje na teoretickou stránku vývoje managementu a leadershipu. Druhá kapitola se soustřeďuje na potřebu kontinuální inovace managementu a leadershipu. Na základě praktické části – sběr a vyhodnocení informací z dotazníku určené české veřejnosti – je vypracovaná třetí kapitola popisujicí návrhy na zlepšení seberozvoje managementu, což je hlavním cílem práce. Dílčím cílem bakalářské práce bude vysvětlení podstaty managementu a dokázat, že management je důležitý pro kvalitu pracovního prostředí. Dalším dílčím cílem práce bude dokázat, že si pracovníci důležitost managementu uvědomují a přesto o něm nečtou žádné publikace. Práce slouží jako složení veškerých základních informací o managementu, leadershipu a jejich historii. Při studiu získaných dokumentů, článků a statí je současně široce využívána metoda srovnávání.

Abstract:

The topic of this work is management self-development which is very topical. Just a word „management“ means nothing. However, the phrase "self-development management" is already the answer to the eternal question of the fate of humanity and it is only a mere title. For historical milestones is always important leaders as to overcome human boundaries must be used joint effort that is coordinated by the most successful leaders. In the field of management, this involves improvements to the system management company. In the field of leadership is charismatic leadership vision. The work consists of three main chapters. The first chapter focuses on the theoretical aspects of management development and leadership. The second chapter focuses on the need for continuous management and leadership innovation. Based on the practical part - collecting and evaluating information from a questionnaire designed by the Czech public - is produced a third chapter describing proposals to improve the management of self-development, which is the main object of the work. The partical object of the thesis will explain the principles of management and prove that management is important for the quality of the working environment. Another objective of the work is to prove that employees are aware of the importance of management and yet do not read about it any publication. The work serves as a composition of all the basic information about management, leadership, and their history. When studying obtained documents, articles and essays will also widely used method of comparison when they detected the same or different pages of information acquired.
