Abstract:

Diplomová práce je věnována problematice ošetřovatelské péče u pacientů s permanentním močovým katétrem. Teoretická část je rozdělena do kapitol, které jsou zaměřeny na základní poznatky o permanentním močovém katétru, vniku komplikací, pomůckách a způsobu zavedení, ale i ošetřovatelské péče a edukaci pacienta. Výzkumná část je zaměřena na pacienty s permanentním močovým katétrem navštěvující urologickou ambulanci nebo pohotovost, jejich věk, pohlaví, komplikace, ale i informace a péči o močový katétr. Data byla získána z dokumentace i dotazem na pacienty. Výstupem této diplomové práce je vytvoření edukačního letáku.

Abstract:

The thesis is devoted to the issue of nursing care for patients with permanent urinary catheters. The theoretical part is divided into chapters which focus on basic knowledge about the permanent urinary catheter, the penetration of possible complications, aids and methods of introduction, as well as nursing care and patient education. The research part is focused on patients with a permanent urinary catheter visiting a urological clinic or emergency clinic, their age, gender, complications, as well as information and care of the urinary catheter.The data were obtained from the documentation and by interviewing patients. The output of this diploma thesis is the creation of an educational leaflet.
