Development tendencies commodity vertical of milk in the conditions of the Czech republic

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce analyzuje a interpretuje vývojové tendence komoditní vertikály mléka v podnikatelském prostředí českého agrobyznysu. Část bakalářské práce je věnována vymezení základních východisek týkajících se fungování agrárních trhů agrobyznysu, plemenům krav chovaným v ČR za účelem produkce mléka apod., za účelem specifikace obecných faktorů formujících komoditní vertikálu mléka v dnešní době. V navazující části práce je konkrétně charakterizována komoditní vertikála mléka v ČR, analyzována spotřeba mléka a mléčných produktů, vývoj produkce mléčné suroviny, produkce mlékárenského odvětví, zahraniční obchod i vývoj cenového prostředí. Závěr práce je věnován celkovému zhodnocení českého mléčného průmyslu, zmíněna jsou i úskalí a doporučení v mlékárenském odvětví. SWOT analýza mapuje hlavní faktory, které podstatně ovlivňují celkový trh v České republice.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis describes development tendencies of commodity vertical milk in Czech agricultural industry environment. The theoretical part of the bachelor thesis deals with agricultural markets, agricultural business, history and cows breeds raising for milk production in the Czech republic. This thesis specifies decisive factors which are reflected in actual commodity vertical milk. The practical part of the thesis describes the commodity vertical milk, the consumption of milk and milk products and related prices as well. The thesis mentions the cattle utility development data both total and average values and there is information of number of cattle during the years. The thesis describes foreing market, where is described problemation with export and import with europenian countries. The end of thesis is dedicated total summary czech milk industry, there are something about problems and reccomendations in milk industry, SWOT analysis which maps all the main factors, which affected general market in the Czech republic.
