Bakalářská práce se zabývá ubytovacími a stravovacími službami ve vybraném turistickém regionu ve Skotsku. V teoretické části se práce soustřeďuje na definici základních pojmů z oblasti ubytovacích a stravovacích služeb. This thesis deals with the topic of accommodation and catering servises in a chosen tourist region in Scotland. In the theoretical part the thesis is focused on a definiton of the basic terminology of the accommodation and the catering services.
