Tématem práce je plánování podnikových zdrojů za pomocí informacního systému ERP. Práce zkoumá implementaci systému AROP v konkrétním malém výrobním podniku. V první cásti výzkumu je detailně analyzován systém AROP, chod samotného systému, jeho funkcní vlastnosti a průběh implementace. The thesis focuces on planning of enterprise resources using ERP information system. The thesis examines the implementation of the AROP system in a particular small manufacturing company. The first part of the research analyzes the AROP system in detail, the operation of the system itself, its functional properties and the implementation process.
