Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá postavením jednotlivce v řízeních před Soudním dvorem Evropské unie. Práce shrnuje postavení jednotlivce v rámci jiných mezinárodních organizací a jeho přístup k soudu v nich. Porovnává jeho postavení v jednotlivých řízeních a vykresluje podmínky k tomu, aby mohl být jednotlivec účastníkem řízení. Dále se zabývá určitou charakteristikou řízení z pohledu nákladů řízení či jejich jazykového režimu. Práce se snaží postihnout celou problematiku daného tématu a přinést tak její komplexní obraz pro lepší orientaci.

Abstract:

Master thesis is dealing with the position of individuals in proceedings before the Court of Justice of the European Union. The thesis summarizes the statute of an individual in the context of other international organizations and access to court in them. The thesis compare position in particular type of proceedings and depicts the conditions for individuals as a party. Also deals with the certain characteristics of proceedings from the perspective of costs or language regime. Master thesis tries to cover the whole issue of the topic and bring the complex picture for the better orientation.
