Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na seznámení se všemi možnostmi jakými lze ukončit pracovní poměr, výhody a nevýhody jednotlivých možností, dopady na zaměstnance a zaměstnavatele. Rozeberu právní podmínky, které je potřeba dodržet, aby rozvázání pracovního poměru bylo platné podle zákoníku práce. My bachelor thesis is focused on presentation of all the options of employment termination, advantages and disadvantages of each option, impact on the employee and on the employer. I am going to analyze the legal conditions which need to be followed for termination of employment and which are valid under the Labour code.
