Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na firemní kulturu organizace. Jejím cílem je analyzovat firemní kulturu ve vybraném podniku a následně zhodnotit vlivy firemní kultury na úspěšnost vybrané firmy. This bachelor thesis focuses on the corporate culture of the organization. Its aim is to analyse the company culture in the selected company and then evaluate the influences of the company culture on the success of the selected company.
