Cieľom diplomovej práce je v rámci e-participation navrhnúť, vytvoriť a implementovať webový informačný systém na podporu zapojenia verejnosti do ochrany životného prostredia. Tomu bude predchádzať analýza niekoľko vybraných portálov týkajúcich sa tejto problematiky v rámci Európy.
