Anotace Tato bakalářská práce popisuje a posuzuje současné metody a postupy pro nastavení a udržení kvality dat v datovém skladě. Zabývá se i tím, jaký může mít kvalita dat vliv, jak na řízení vztahů se zákazníky, tak i na řízení celé firmy.
