Labor migration of foreigners in the forestry sector in the Czech Republic

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na problematiku pracovní migrace cizinců v českém lesnictví. Prvně, v literárním přehledu, je popsán současný stav problematiky zaměstnávání cizinců v České republice. Cílem této bakalářské práce je návrh doporučení sloužící k optimalizaci procesu zaměstnávání cizinců pro Školní lesní podnik Masarykův les Křtiny. Praktická část spočívá v identifikaci aktuální situace zaměstnávání a pracovní migrace cizinců, a to pomocí kvalitativních rozhovorů se zainteresovanými stranami. V práci je obsažen názor osob pracujících s cizinci, pracovní agentury a cizince samotného. Na základě analýzy výsledků plynoucích z uskutečněných rozhovorů je vypracováno doporučení pro Školní lesní podnik Masarykův les Křtiny.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis focuses on the issue of labor migration of foreigners in the Czech forestry. First, in the literature review, the current state of employment of foreigners in the Czech Republic is described. The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to propose recommendations to optimize the process of employing foreigners for the School Forest Enterprise Masaryk's Forest Křtiny. The practical part consists of identifying the current situation of employment and labor migration of foreigners through qualitative interviews with stakeholders. The thesis contains the opinion of persons working with foreigners, employment agencies and the foreigner himself. The recommendation is prepared for the Masaryk Forest Křtiny School Forest Enterprise based on the analysis of the results collected from the conducted interviews
