The Motivating of Employees in Company

Abstract:

Diplomová práce na téma Motivace zaměstnanců v organizaci se zabývá systémem aktuálního stavu motivace ve zkoumané firmě FOX. Teoretická část této práce se zabývá významem motivace pro úspěšnost firmy. Je zde uvedeno pojetí motivace a také různé typy motivace, jako je vnitřní a vnější motivace. Součástí této části jsou rovněž motivační teorie jako teorie instrumentality, teorie zaměřené na obsah, teorie zaměřené na proces a McGregorova teorie X a Y. V teoretické části je také uveden vztah mezi motivací, pracovní spokojeností a výkonností. V této práci jsou popsány motivační faktory mající vliv na výkon zaměstnance. Výkon a motivace, tedy výkonová rovnice je taktéž součástí teoretické části diplomové práce. Dále je také zmíněn motivační profil člověka a motivační program organizace. V praktické části je uvedena charakteristika vybrané firmy spolu s organizační strukturou dané firmy. Podrobněji jsou popsány jednotlivé faktory, jež firma využívá k motivaci svých zaměstnanců. Analýza a vyhodnocení dotazníkového šetření je znázorněno v sedmé kapitole této diplomové práce. Poslední kapitola je zaměřena na zhodnocení výsledků analytické části. Jsou zde popsány silné a slabé stránky motivačního programu zkoumané společnosti a zároveň tu jsou nastíněny i návrhy na optimalizaci systému motivace pro danou firmu.

Abstract:

The aim of the thesis is to investigate the current state of the system of the motivating employees in FOX company. The theoretical part deals with importance of the motivating employees for the success of the company. The forms of motivating are categorized here (for example internal and external motivating). The part also describes the theories of motivating like the Theory of the instrumentality, the content focused theories, the theories based on process and McGregors theory of X and Y. The relation between motivation, satisfaction and employees performance is clarified in this part. The thesis identifies the motivation factors related to the employees performance and describes the motivating strategies. In the practical part the parameters and structure of the examined company are defined. There are described the current motivating strategies of the company. In this part the analysis that was used to examine the companys motivating strategy takes place. The results of the analysis are evaluated in the last chapter. The pros and cons of the companys motivating strategy are described in detail and the improvements are proposed.
