Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na purifikaci rekombinantních beta-D-glukosidas a jejich charakterizaci za použití přirozených substrátů včetně automatizace a miniaturizace metody. Abstract:
This thesis is focused on the purification of recombinant beta-D-glucosidases and the measurement of their kinetics on natural substrates using a novel kinetic method. Recombinant natural form of beta-D-glucosidase Zm-p60.1 and mutant SB2 were expressed from plasmid pRSET A, using the expression system Escherichia coli BL21(DE3)pLysS-T1R.
