Předkládaná diplomová práce s názvem "Projekt zavedení certifikace NADCAP ve společnosti XYZ" si klade za cíl navrhnout projekt získání této certifikace. Práce je rozčleněna do dvou hlavních částí. První část je zaměřena na shrnutí teoretických poznatků z oblasti jakosti obecně, managementu jakosti a v závěru je pozornost věnována speciálním certifikacím v leteckém průmyslu.
