Diplomová práce pojednává o právních nástrojích Evropské unie v boji proti terorismu. Zejména se jedná o Europol, Prümskou smlouvu, Eurojust, Úmluvu EU o právní pomoci ve věcech trestních, společné vyšetřovací týmy a evropský zatýkací rozkaz. Abstract:
This diploma thesis focuses on counter-terrorism instruments of the European Union. Specifically, Europol, the Prüm Treaty, Eurojust, the EU Convention on Mutual Assistance in Criminal Matters, Joint Investigation Teams and the European Arrest Warrant.
