Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá Informační potřebou podnikatelských inkubátorů. Podnikatelských inkubátorů v poslední době přibývá vysokým tempem a tím narůstá konkurenční prostředí v této oblasti. Z tohoto důvodu by podnikatelské inkubátory měli vést informace minimálně o své konkkurenci. Competitive intelligence je poměrně nová metoda pro zpracování informací a může vést ke konkurenční výhodě, hlavní výhodou je získání potřebných informací co nejrychlejší a nejúspornější cestou. Hlavním cílem této práce je návrh systému CI pro podnikatelské inkubátory, pro dosažení tohoto cíle je potřeba splnit několik dílčích cílů a jedním z nich je zjistit informační potřebu podnikatelských inkubátorů. Zvolenou metodou pro dosažení cíle diplomové práce byl rozhovor se šéfy podnikatelských inkubátorů. Diplomová práce v praktické části také obsahuje seznam podnikatelských inkubátorů / akcelerátorů spolu se základními informacemi a krátkým popisem. V teoretické části diplomová práce obsahuje vymezení základních pojmů týkajících se competititve intelligence a podnikatelských inkubátorů, dále obsahuje vymezení subjektů podporující začínající podnikatele.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis deals with information needs of business incubators. The number of incubators has increased recently and this leads to an increase a competitive environment in this area. For the reason, business incubator should collect information about its competitors. Competitive intelligence is a relatively new method for processing information and it can lead to a competitive advantage, the main advantage is to obtain a necessary information in the fastest and most efficient way. The main objective of this diploma thesis is to design a CI system for business incubators, to achieve this goal it is necessary to fulfill several partial goals and one of them is to identify the information needs of business incubators. The method chosen to achieve the aim of the thesis was a semi-structured interview with the heads of business incubators. The diploma thesis in the practical part also contains a list of business incubators / accelerators with basic information and short description. The theoretical part of the diplomathesis contains the definition of basic concepts relating to competitive intelligence and business incubator, it also includes the definition of entities supporting start-up entrepreneurs.
