Cílem práce je zkoumat postavení žen a jejich možností při návratu na trh práce v České republice po mateřské/rodičovské dovolené. The aim of the diploma thesis is to examine the position of women and their possibilities in returning to the labor market in the Czech Republic after maternity/parental leave.
