Abstract:

Tématem diplomové práce je Kontrola hladiny glykémie v intenzivní péči. Cílem práce bylo na základě systematické literární rešerše vytyčit strategii kontroly a regulace hladiny glykémie u pacientů v intenzivní péči. V teoretické části jsou uvedeny obecné informace o oddělení intenzivní péče, podrobněji popsány patologické stavy glykémie, monitorace hladiny glykémie, léčba a využití inzulinových protokolů. V krátkosti se zmiňujeme o kompetencích sester. V praktické části je popsán postup vyhledávání relevantních informací v elektronických databázích, jejich zhodnocení a následné zpracování. Ze získaných informací vyplývá jasné cílové rozmezí hladiny glykémie 7,7 - 9,9 mmol/l. Hladina glykémie musí být hodnocena na základě systematicky provedených odběrů krve. Pro bezpečnost pacienta je přínosné použití inzulinových protokolů. Na podkladě námi prostudované literatury bylo vytvořeno doporučení týkající se kontroly hladiny glykémie v intenzivní péči.

Abstract:

The topic of the thesis is Glycaemic control in intensive care. The aim of the thesis was to outline a strategy for glycaemic control and regulation in intensive care patients based on a systematic literature search. In the theoretical part, general information about the intensive care unit is given, pathological glycaemic conditions, glycaemic monitoring, treatment and the use of insulin protocols are described in more detail. The competencies of nurses are briefly mentioned. In the practical part, the procedure of searching relevant information in electronic databases, their evaluation and subsequent processing is described. From the information obtained, a clear target range for glycaemia levels of 7.7 - 9.9 mmol/l is derived. The glycaemic level must be assessed on the basis of systematic blood sampling. The use of insulin protocols is beneficial for patient safety. Based on our review of the literature, recommendations for glycaemic control in intensive care have been developer.
