Meze obligačního statutu a způsob určení jejich právního režimu

Limits of the applicable law of the contract and their choice of law rules
Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce pojednává o jednotlivých mezích obligačního statutu - tj. o způsobilosti k právním úkonům, platnosti a formě smlouvy, incidenčních otázkách, věcněprávních účincích smlouvy, zajištění, změně, následcích porušení a zániku smlouvy. Práce je zaměřena pouze kolizně a uvádí možnosti určení práva rozhodného pro výše uvedené meze obliganího statutu.
Abstract:
This work deals with the problems of the conflict of laws focused on the limits of the applicable law of the contract - capacity to legal acts, form and material validity of the contract, rights in rem, assurance and changes to the contract, breach and termination of the contract.
