Cílem diplomové práce je provedení exkurzu do problematiky odpovědnosti za škodu způsobenou pracovním úrazem nebo nemocí z povolání, analyzovat a popsat současnou právní úpravu v Česku a na Ukrajině. The aim of the thesis is to make an excursion into the issue of liability for damage caused by industrial injury or occupational disease, to analyse and describe the current legislation in the Czech Republic and Ukraine.
