Abstract:
Práce byla zaměřena na organokovové sloučeniny 13. skupiny s chalkogenidy užívané jako SSP pro depozice tenkých vrstev III ? VI materiálů pomocí metody MOCVD. Hlavní pozornost byla upřena na chemickou strukturu a složení SSP obsahující galium a indium. Byly zkoumány především jejich sublimační a rozkladné teploty, které jsou závislé zejména na navázaných alkyl nebo aryl substituentech. Tyto různé depoziční …more

The work was focused on metalorganic coumpounds of the 13th group with chalcogenides used as a SSP for the deposition of thin films III ? VI matarials by MOCDV method. The main attention was focused on the chemical structure and compositioon of SSP containing galium and indium.
