Abstract:
Úvod: Dysmenorhea neboli bolestivá menstruace se vyskytuje u značného podílu žen v produktivním věku. Primární dysmenorhea je menstruační bolest s absencí organické patologie v pánevní oblasti. Za její hlavní symptom považujeme bolest podbřišku při začátku menstruačního krvácení. Nedávné průzkumy ukazují spojitost primární dysmenorhey s funkcí pohybového aparátu a jiných struktur. Abstract:
Objective: Dysmenorrhea or painful menstruation occurs in a large proportion of women of working age. Primary dysmenorhea is a menstrual pain with absence of organic pathology in pelvis. Its main symptom is pain of lower abdomen at the beginning of menstruation.
