Abstract:
Tato práce obsahuje a popisuje trénink dětí. Zabývá se tím, jak by měl trénink vypadat, co obsahuje, rozvíjí a na co by se měl trenér zaměřit. Dále jsem se zaměřila na téma squash, historie squashe, pomůcky a jaké jsou základní údery. Do praktické části jsem zahrnula, rozcvičku a konkrétní cvičení, kde by trenér měl stát a jak nahrávat míč svému svěřenci na kurtu. Součástí mé práce jsou videa s ukázkou …more
Abstract:
This essay contains and describes the training of children. It looks at how training should look what it should contain and develops, and what the coach should focus on. I also focused on the themse of squash, its history and its aids, nad what are the basic strokes. In the practical part I included a warm up and a specific exercise, where the coach should stand, and how to pass the ball to this charge …more
