Abstract:
Cílem této bakalářské práce je provést srovnání dvou odlišných odvětví v oblasti nezaměstnanosti. V práci se zaměřím na sektory gastro průmyslu a informačních technologií s cílem analyzovat postoj těchto odvětví k zaměstnancům s trestnou minulostí. Důraz bude kladen na získání porovnání přístupů obou sektorů k této problematice.
Abstract:
The aim of this bachelor thesis is to make a comparison between two different sectors in the field of uneployment. In this thesis. I will focus on the food service and information technology sectors in order to analyse the attitude of these industries towards employees with criminal backgrounds. The emphasis will be on obtaining a comparison od the two sectors approaches to his issue.
