Bakalářská práce se zabývá srovnáním zákonných oprávnění, kterými disponují strážníci obecní (městské) policie a příslušníci Policie České republiky z pohledu de lege lata a de lege ferenda. This thesis looks into a comparison of legal rights that officers of municiple (city) police and officers of the Police of the Czech Republic have in view de lege lata a de lege ferenda.
