Non-hematopoietic stem cells
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá kmenovými buňkami. Zmiňuje jednotlivé typy kmenových buněk z hlediska jejich původů, vlastností a využití. Hlavní pozornost je věnována nehemopoetickým kmenovým buňkám. Nehemopoetické kmenové buňky mají jedinečné vlastnosti. Jsou schopny regenerovat a opravovat poškozené tkáně. V současnosti představují nejvíce studovanou buněčnou linii.
Abstract:
Bachelor's thesis deals with stem cells. It refers to particular types of stem cells according their sources, properties and use. Main attention is given to non-hematopoietic stem cells. The non-hemopoietic stem cells have unique properties. They are able to regenerate and repair damaged tissues. Presently they represent the most studied cell's line.
