Scout first aid

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá první pomocí u akutních stavů různého charakteru. Teoretická část pojednává o organizaci Junák - český skaut, jeho organizační struktuře, historii a poslání. Dále se zaměřuje na dětské zdravotní problémy, úrazy a nemoci vyskytující se ve skautském prostředí, jejich definici a správný postup první pomoci. Jsou zde popsány základní povinnosti zdravotníka zotavovacích akcí v souladu se zákonem. Teoretická část rovněž obsahuje různá specifika skautských akcí a jejich rizik v ohledu na zdravotní újmy účastníků těchto akcí. Výstupem praktické části práce byla organizace workshopu první pomoci v oblasti pediatrie pro skautské vedoucí. Před workshopem vedoucí vyplnili dotazník zaměřený na ověření znalostí první pomoci u různých akutních stavů u dětí. Stejný dotazník vedoucí vyplnili po workshopu pro opětovné ověření jejich znalostí.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with first aid in acute conditions of various nature. The theoretical part deals with the organization Junák - czech scout, it's organizational structure, history and mission. It is also focused on children's health problems, injuries and diseases, their definition and the correct first aid procedure. The basic duties of a recovery medic are described in accordance with the law. The theoretical part also includes the various specifics of scouting events and their risks with regard to the health injuries of the participants of these events. The outcome of the practical part of the work was the creation of a first aid workshop in paediatrics intended for Scout leaders. Prior to the workshop, the leaders completed a questionnaire aimed to verify their knowledge of first aid for various acute conditions in children. The same questionnaire was completed by the leaders after the workshop to re-verify their knowledge.
