Abstract:
Děti versus kariéra je teoreticko-empirická práce zaměřená na dilemata mateřství, kariéry a potřeb dítěte. Text popisuje vývoj proměnlivého postavení ženy v rodině a na trhu práce, zasazuje jej do historického a sociologického kontextu a vztahuje k potřebám dítěte. A child versus career is both theoretical and empirical study focused on dilemmas of motherhood, carrer, and childrens needs. The text describes the variable status of women in family as well as in labour market. The development of womens position is set in historical and sociological context and related to childrens needs.
