Abstract:
V práci jsou studovány fotoindukované změny a jejich kinetika, v tenkých vrstvách As2Se3 při použití různých expozičních zdrojů. Dále je studována fotoidukovaná změna struktury.
Abstract:
Work focuses on studying of fotoiduced changes and their kinetics in thin layers of As2Se3, while using different exposition sources. Photoinduced changes in structure are also studied.
