Estimating the probability of an error occurence during flashing of electronic components

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá predikcí pravděpodobnosti vzniku chyby při testování elektroniky vozidla ve výrobě. Cílem práce je aplikace metod strojového učení při řešení reálného byznys problému. Práce byla strukturována podle metodiky CRISP-DM a zahrnuje analýzu byznys procesu, identifikaci problému, analýzu a zpracování dat, volbu vhodných metod strojového učení, realizaci řešení, vyhodnocení výsledků a doporučení.

Abstract:

The thesis deals with the prediction of the probability of a fault occurrence during the testing of vehicle electronics in production. The aim of the thesis is the application of machine learning methods in solving a real byznys problem. The thesis was structured according to the CRISP-DM methodology and includes byznys process analysis, problem identification, data analysis and processing, selection of appropriate machine learning methods, solution implementation, results evaluation and recommendations.
