Compensation of a muscular disbalance in judo
Abstract:
Tato práce je zaměřena na popis svalových dysbalancí v judu a poskytuje komplexní zásobník kompenzačních cviků sloužících k jejich odstranění. Dále zevrubně přibližuje a popisuje pravidla dané disciplíny pro širokou veřejnost.
Abstract:
This thesis is focused on the description of muscle imbalance in judo and provides a comprehensive aim of compensatory exercises used to remove them. Furthermore briefly describes the rules details of this discipline, for the general public.
