Bakalářská práce se zabývá ochranou spotřebitele v rámci obecné ochrany zájemců o cestovní pojištění, pojistníků, případně pojištěných, a to v návaznosti na jejich postavení ve vztahu s pojišťovnou. Cílem této bakalářské práce zjistit, zdali na českém pojistném trhu jsou zákonné požadavky v oblasti ochrany spotřebitele nastaveny tak, aby chránily spotřebitele.
