Abstract:
Lymeská borelióza je vektorem přenášené onemocnění, vyvolávané spirochetami Borrelia burgdorferi sensu lato. Za hlavního přenášenče je považováno klíště z čeledi Ixodidae. Bbsl je charakteristická širokou variabilitou antigenních struktur, což komplikuje diagnostiku a léčbu tohoto onemocnění a také konstrukci účinné vakcíny. Lyme disease is vector borne disease caused by vector borne spirochetes Borrelia burgdorferi sensu lato. The principal vector is hard tick (Ixodidae).
