Abstract:
Tato práce představuje souhrn informací o vitaminu K, jeho objevu, praktickém stanovení a významu v organismu živočichů i člověka. V první části práce je sepsán úvod o vitaminech a zařazení vitaminu K, včetně jeho historie. Druhá část je zaměřena na popis vitaminu K, jeho fyzikálně-chemických vlastností a přirozený výskyt.
