Diplomová práce se zabývá standardizací investičního procesu ve společnosti TON a.s. Cílem práce je sjednocení postupu hodnocení investice sestavením směrnice a programu na hodnocení efektivnosti investic, aby nedocházelo k rozporům mezi zaměstnanci díky nejednotnému a individuálnímu pohledu na investiční proces a jeho vyhodnocování. The master thesis is focused on standardization of investment process in company TON, plc. The aim of this work is unification of the evaluation process by constructing directive and the evaluation-investment-efficiency programme, to avoid the possibility of conflict among employees due to patchy and individual perspective on the investment process and its evaluation.
