Anotace:

Relevantnost výzkumu Korupce je jedním z nejdůležitějších problémů moderní společnosti. Korupce se nelze zbavit, můžeme pouze snížit její míru. Vlastní zájem v kombinaci s mocenskou mocí je věc, která může podkopat kořeny mocenských vztahů, politického systému, právního státu, a proto ji nelze vnímat jako druhotnou hrozbu. Korupce je charakteristická pro společnost ve všech fázích jejího vývoje, má hluboké historické kořeny a je způsobena různými sociálními, ekonomickými a politickými faktory. Není možné vybudovat ideální institucionální systém bariér schopných ochránit orgány veřejné moci před pronikáním zkorumpovaných úředníků. Zkoumané téma je tedy zajímavé nejen z teoretického, ale i praktického hlediska. Výše uvedené dokládá relevanci uvedeného tématu, jeho teoretický a aplikační význam. Předmětem zkoumání jsou obecné zákonitosti vzniku, fungování a vývoje korupčních vztahů, jejich podstata, struktura, základní prvky a principy. Tato diplomová práce obsahuje teoretickou část literární rešerše, která definuje základní pojmy, znaky, příčiny, důsledky korupce. Formy nežádoucího korupčního jednání, zejména úplatkářství. Jeho důvody a důsledky. Praktická část práce bude založena na zhodnocení současné situace ohledně nekalých praktik ve společnosti Johnson & Johnson a navržení metod k odhalování korupce a možnosti jejího omezení v zájmu společnosti.

Abstract:

Relevance of the research Corruption is one of the most important problems of modern society. It is impossible to get rid of corruption, we can only reduce its level. Self-interest in combination with powers of power is a thing that can undermine the roots of power relations, the political system, the rule of law, and therefore cannot be perceived as a secondary threat. Corruption is characteristic of society at all stages of its development, has deep historical roots and is due to various social, economic and political factors. It is impossible to build an ideal institutional system of barriers capable of protecting public authorities from the penetration of corrupt officials. Thus, the topic under study is of interest not only from a theoretical, but also from a practical point of view. The foregoing substantiates the relevance of the stated topic, its theoretical and applied significance. The subject of the research is the general patterns of the emergence, functioning and development of corruption relations, their essence, structure, basic elements and principles. This Diploma thesis contains theoretical part of literature research that defines the basic terms, features, causes, consequences of corruption. Forms of undesirable corrupt behavior, in particular bribery. Its reasons and consequences. The practical part of the thesis will be based on evaluating the current situation regarding unfair practices in Johnson & Johnson and proposing methods to detect corruption and the possibility of reducing corruption for the company’s interests.
