Reporting and controlling in a newly established company

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá zaváděním controllingového a reportingového systému ve společnosti X, která se specializuje na výrobu a prodej ochucených neslazených sycených vod. Cílem práce bylo vytvořit funkční reportingový systém, který by pomáhal vedoucím pracovníkům s řízením společnosti. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a aplikační část. V teoretické části jsou pomocí odborné literatury popsány základní pojmy a funkce controllingu a reportingu. Aplikační část analyzuje nově vzniklou společnost, popisuje její hlavní činnosti a zavádění nového reportingu. Hlavními výsledky práce bylo vytvoření prvních reportů, včetně výkazu peněžních toků a reportů o plnění rozpočtů nákladů.

Abstract:

The bachelor's thesis deals with the implementation of a controlling and reporting system in Company X, which specializes in the production and sale of flavored unsweetened carbonated water. The aim of the thesis was to create a functional reporting system that would assist the company's managers in their decision-making. The thesis is divided into theoretical and application parts. In the theoretical part, basic concepts and functions of controlling and reporting are described using professional literature. The application part analyzes the newly established company, describes its main activities, and the implementation of the new reporting system. The main results of the thesis include the creation of initial reports, including cash flow statements and budget performance reports.
