Cieľom mojej práce je poskytnúť určitý prehľad o právnej úprave výkonu rozhodnutí na Slovensku. Z toho dôvodu sa venujem v jednotlivých kapitolách vysvetleniu pojmov a základných údajov o exekúcii a právnych prameňoch exekúcie, o exekútorovi, účastníkoch exekúcie a o exekučnom konaní.
