Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce je tematicky orientována na problematiku zařazování relaxačního cvičení v mateřských školách. Teoretická východiska práce vycházejí z aktuálních poznatků týkajících se oblasti předškolního věku. Abstract:
This bachelor thesis thematically focuses on the problematics of relaxation exercises in kindergartens. Theoretical foundations of the thesis follow actual findings concerning the area of preschool age.
