Abstract:

Cílem diplomové práce je vytvoření strategického plánu pro společnost Vodovody a kanalizace Chrudim, a. s., která má jistá specifika v oblasti strategického plánování, jež budou popsána v úvodní části celé práce. Bude se jednat o kombinaci plánování při rozvoji firem a rozvoji území. Teoretická část je ve své podstatě návodem na to, jak vytvořit strategický plán právě pro tento typ společnosti. Metody využívané u firem, jejichž hlavním cílem je rozvoj samotného podniku nebudou zpravidla uplatňovány a navržen tak bude specifický postup. V praktické části bude vytvořen samotný strategický plán. Jedním z jeho specifik je, že společnost Vodovody a kanalizace Chrudim, a. s. může realizovat pouze jednu strategickou variantu, a to především s ohledem na značnou časovou i finanční náročnost vodohospodářských staveb.

Abstract:

The aim of the thesis is to create a strategic plan for Vodovody a kanalizace Chrudim, a. s., a company that specializes in water and sewer piping. First, the specific features of strategic planning in the field of water and sewer piping will be described in the thesis introduction. They will be a combination of company and spatial development. The theory section will then present a manual to conducting a strategic plan for this type of corporation. Because of the particularity of the company, the usual strategic planning methods focusing mainly on the firm’s growth will not be implemented and a specific approach will be proposed in the practical part of the thesis. One of the specifics of the plan is the fact that only one strategic option can be put into practice by the company. That is due to the financial and time demands of water management constructions.
