Cultural Monuments and Their Protection

Abstract:

Práce je zaměřena na oblast ochrany kulturních památek, a to zejména jejich obnovy. Úvodní část je věnována obsahu památkového fondu ČR a struktuře státní památkové péče a odborné organizace Národního památkového ústavu. V další části se práce zabývá problematikou povolovacího procesu z hlediska stavebního zákona a zákona o státní památkové péči. Důležitým podkladem pro tento proces jsou závazná stanoviska , kterým je věnována pozornost jak z hlediska obsahového, tak formálního. Dále je zde zdůrazněna možnost využití některých dotačních programů a popsána činnost orgánu státní památkové péče, s uvedenými příklady z praxe.

Abstract:

This thesis is focused on the field of cultural heritage protection which relates mainly to their restoration. The introductory part deals with the content of Heritage Fund of the Czech Republic, the structure of the state heritage preservation and specialized organization of the National Heritage Institute. The next part deals with the process of permission in terms of the Building Act and the State Heritage Preservation Act. The important basis for this process are binding opinions. These are mentioned here and attention is paid to them in terms of both content and formal. There are also highlighted the possibility of using some grant programmes and activity of the State Heritage Preservation Authority. Some examples from practice are enclosed.
